BX1500D and two S12L74's

I got these subs in a ported box but i was wondering exactly how would i wire them? would i wire BOTH of the negatives from both subs together to one negative terminal on the amp and do the same for the positives or shoul di run each negative to a negative channel and each positive to a positive channel on the amp? i am looking to wire them to a 1 ohm load so i get most out of my amp, also if i wired each negative to its own terminal on the amp what kind of load would i get? i am looking to get a 1 ohm load, some help is greatly appreciated.

oh yea i forgot to say i had a bx1500d hooked up to these subs and i fried it, i had it professionally installed, but while i was in the waiting room waiting for them to finish it up, they changed some settings around on the amp and it made one of the workers' car alarms go off, but when they pulled the car back up front, i turned it up and it wasnt hitting that hard, i was wondering what settings they might of had it on??I haven't been able to figure out even after my friends changed some settings around it wouldnt hit tthat hard. but heres how it fried, i was cruising around and i started to smell a weird electric smell so i got in my garage and i turned it up again and the bass went out for like 10 sec then came back on and went off and never came back on, then the amp started to smoke from the vents.

yea i saw that diagram before but the bx1500d has four terminals to plug the speaker wire into, 2 pos and 2 neg, so what that diagram is telling me is that on my amp there will be a pos terminal and a neg terminal not being used correct? only 2 will be used?

also what do u guys think of a 1500d powring 2 12" L7's?
