weird that it has all the signs of a clogged pcv system then smoke form the exhaust stalling oil leaking from around the oil cap positive pressure from the dipstick tube....

the fact that even naturally aspirated volvos seem to have problems with the pcv system clogging from 130-160,000 miles if not properly maintained.

starts to turn over struggle stall starts to turn over struggle stall i got it running for a couple minutes but its was smoking same thing that happened on my old volvo seems like it would be the same issue becuase of the same indications right?

That sounds like a bad MAF sensor.

If you have oil coming out of the dip stick tube, that could be a sign of a bad motor. To much blow by---compression getting past the piston rings and pressurizing the crank case.

Try and pull the pcv hose and see if it is still pushing oil out.

Try and start it with the MAF sensor unplugged. It will go into a "default" mode. It will not run very well but if it runs better vs when its plugged in, then that is part of your answer.
