Bump in the Middle of Dash....

I barely noticed this till now but on the top part of the dash dead in the middle, there's a spot that's higher than the rest...

It feels kind of soft when you push down on it. It's a couple inches above the top of the center console in the middle of the dash......

Anyone know of some way to fix this other than taking out the entire dash? I don't have any other lifting problems or delaminating on the window vents, etc....

It's not a really big bump but it's really annoying

The dash is also Vinyl btw
