i was under the impression that a black and tan was a combination of two beers, meaning a dark (such as guiness) and a lighter lager?

Yuengling is a good budget beer. The Black and Tan is ok. I'm not a huge fan of dark beers.

That's the way I understood it too, but maybe they combined the 2 in a bottle.

Always thought it was a dark beer like port mixed with a pale ale in a big mug.

Both are crap, but miller lite is much better than bud light.

While I can drink both of them and any beer for that matter, I hardly consider this poll worthy as they are both bottom of the barrel water.
