My brother is looking to get a pair of subs and an amp for his 1998 Saturn SL1. His budget is $300-350. He's currently looking at getting these: (2) Phoenix Gold ZR12D http://stores.channeladvisor.com/thedeepdiscount/Items/Phoenix%20Gold%20ZR12D2%20Pair? Phoenix Gold X600.1 http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=270030938648&fromMakeTrack=true He's wondering if this would be a decent beginner setup or if you guys have any better suggestions. He said he wouldn't mind going with two 10's and a different amp if he could get better subs that way. After reading this forum for a while I was thinking maybe some 10" AA Assassins with a smaller amp but I don't really know. Any help would definately be appreciated. Thanks.
