Im pretty new here so if you see something I did wrong or thats not best practice, my bad. Any feedback helping me out is appreciated- I have learned just about everything I know on this site for this cheap build of mine... Its my first. the scope of this build was to have a decent sounding system that fit my budget, so heres what I did: The car is a 92' Accord Ex. Ya I know I like old jdm style hondas just like everyone else....just not a civic kinda guy: So the first step was buying a bunch of car audio equipment, this is not all of it but most of the major components: Then I got to work. First thing was sound deadening. I made the mistake of using fatmat. next time Im going with second skin. In fatmats defense, the rattletrapp 80 mil stuff seems to do the job as my car dosent resonate or rattle. I also used some mlv noise barrier. It was a 1/2 lb per sq ft. I removed my sunroof and used some fatmat on its panels and covered it with mlv where I could: This was alot of fun to get out of the car........
