yeah, so at the meet today i dont understand why this happened, but i had my BTL 15 fully loaded hooked up to my pca 2000d, wired at 1.4 ohms. I maxed out the level gain, and only participated in db drag. My box was around 3.8-4 cu ft tuned to 46 hz. i burped from 43 hz to 51 hz. the sub gain on the headunit which is a pioneer was set all the way up. i dont understand how i hit a higher score with my icon 15 when the BTL is focused ON SPL. Would the amont of power be a factor? considering the btl needs quite a bit of power to work at its best for spl? In my case im thinking of just selling it. i dont have the power to run it the best, and i dont have the electrical system to run 2 amps. I really want to try to purchase a more efficient sub setup in my car, I was leaning towards the SS Splx's, the new Arsenals, and even 2 LA Storm 10s on woofersetc.com for how cheap they are. Any suggestions on what i should do in my situation?
