Bryan 'Birdman' Williams Looking To Buy Michael Jackson 'Neverland' Property

LOS ANGELES, California (Associated Press)

According to multiple reports Cash Money record label part-Founder and CEO, Bryan 'Birdman' Williams, is considering the prospect of purchasing Michael Jackson's famous property 'Neverland'. The nearly 3,000 acre ranch is valued at around $140 million, a steep increase from when it was last valued in 2004 at $118 by Forbes magazine.

Bryan Williams and his brother Slim Williams founded the Cash Money record label in 1991, and remained independent until 1998 when Universal Records signed the label to a $30 million distribution contract. The label went on to put out many platinum and multi-platinum album with established acts such as The Hot Boys, The Big Tymers, Juvenile, and multi-platinum selling artist Lil Wayne. In early 2009, Bryan and Slim Williams established an oil company (Bronald Oil) and struck a deal with a yet to specified oil vendor. The deal is said to be worth over $300 million.

When asked on his potential purchase, Bryan told journalist Alan Duke "Playboi we cash money, rest in peace to Mike Mike and his family and all. Like I said though, we Cash Money. When me and Slim seen dat Mike had died, we knew right den da price of the property was gone fly. We seen that. And me and Slim actually been done wanted the property since 07, but our money aint been right. But now, we got dat big money and we wanna make the move. Analyst Robert Ivey states the 'Neverland' ranch has been on sale for a few years, and suggests that the size and price of the propery scared potential buyers away.
