Actually, I agree with bgowdy. Aside from Garth, 98% of country music is summed up by this: I got drunk, met a girl, rode a horse, got drunk, lost my girl, shot my horse, got drunk, im lonely, got drunk, the end.

It's depressing, too slow and often talks about people being absolutely retarded. Rap isn't much better, but at least it's catchy and more often than not has some bass. Rock is where it's at (real rock, not pop culture rock where ******* have someone else write their songs and sell out shows to 14yr olds)

I really do have very right wing political views, I'm a very firm believer in strict interpretation of the Constitution, however I understand that true capitalism is nearly impossible to maintain a fair and balanced trade, so i know that there has to be some very slight undertones of government control and socialism. I agree that the government as is, is far to large for our own good AND its own good.

I listen to alot of british pop/rock it is lyrically some of the best music i've ever listened too, as well as having a very unique and different sound from american rock, which i'm really not to fond of.

But its the truth. and i agree rap isnt much better i like the older songs. now its stupid commercial rap things like: crank dat , i got me some bapes, the is a ******* crank dat for everything. the only rapper im into now pretty much is T.I. and some drake here & there. other then that i just like the

T.I. is a beast. Luda has good rhymes too that's not the same ol' stuff. DMX I like, although that is about all he raps about. Rock is the only thing coming up with original stuff, don't know what you're smoking. I'm not talking this Nickelback, Katy Perry crap. Mushroomhead, Alesana, Soulfly etc is where it's at.
