Sold broken sherwood a250x2 amp

Got this on friday and fedex literally dropped it onto my porch. Well hooked it up and it Flashes the power and protect light at the same time,then they go off. It continues this the whole time it has power. Not sure whats wrong with it. also i popped the back plate off and didnt see any burns spots or broken connectors i didnt mess with anything though.

Specs at this link. Underrated amp so when fixed it will do about 700 rms @4ohm.
