broken bass knob

i accidently broke the wire of the bass knob on accident -.-, its a ap15001. do i have to get the same exact bass knob? or can i get a generic one? is there anyway to change the db without using the knob?

its actually the 35mm head phone jack one. and the wires are so thin and small i tried reconnecting but didnt work...

don't bother with it. imo its pointless. just go to the headunit for your bass level. Its easier then running a knob

3.5mm phone jacks aren't that bad to repair. Find a friend that knows how to solder and buy him a beer for his time.

RJ45 is 8 pin. RJ11 is 6.
