Wow, just wow at some of the idiots in this thread. Im not going to waste my time reading and picking out every stupid comment in this thread, instead Im just going to share my thoughts in general and leave. I know none of what i say will change all you "innocent" people, but it will make me sleep better knowing that i commented on the topic. Not to mention the people that this is directed to will read a third of this and automatically discredit what I am saying and stop reading.
First thing is first, sure there are bad cops out there. There are bad gas station employees, cooks, businessmen, athletes, and just about every other occupation you could name off. That does not mean that ALL of them are bad, or even most of them for that matter. It just seems funny to me that there is 4 or 5 completely innocent people in this thread that just keep getting "targeted" by these crooked "pigs". Did you ever maybe ask yourself, gee why do I keep getting into trouble? I just cant imagine every police officer accross the nation has a little picture of you sitting in their squad cars so that if they run accross you they know to start "harrassing" you. Did you ever stop to ask yourself, what actions of mine have put me in this situation. Maybe you shouldnt have just been sitting in your car in a parking lot, or driving around at 4am in the morning, or converging at a restaurant with a bunch of friends late at night. Sure you have a right to do those things, but from a cops perspective when a good chunk of crimes are commited during the nighttime hours it seems suspicious. Why do you think they dont set up road blocks at noon? The majority of the population is asleep at 5 am, or atleast not out driving around so it is abnormal to see people out driving around at those hours. And yes I know certain people work graveyard shifts, but most do not so even you unlucky late night workers seem out of place driving around or being out at this time of night. I also love all the people who whine and cry about stuff that they dont believe should be considered breaking the law. Sure it sucks to get a ticket for doing 5 mph over the speed limit, or not using their turn signal, or playing music too loud. The fact of the matter is you are breaking the law. Yea it may not seem like its hurting anything, but the government sets laws for a reason. Deal with the consequences when you break the law. I just cant imagine you were walking down the street and a bunch of cops decided to taze and beat the shit out of you. It just doesnt happen, I dont care what you say. Unless you have video and audio proof of before, during and after, I can not believe you had no reason for being "beaten". A perfect example is when I was arrested. I had been drinking, and ran from the cops. Well they let the dog out on me and it bit the shit out of my arm. Then the police officer dropped his knee into the middle of my back and twisted my arm back and fractured my wrist putting the cuffs on. Sure I was upset and it hurt like hell. But the real reason I was upset was because I got caught. Not because the police were doing their job. I was breaking the law, and ran from the police. Not only did the medical stuff **** but it also set me back about $4000. So yea i do know what its like, but again I was breaking the law and I dealt with the consequences. So unless you have solid proof, not just "5 witnesses" or a "brutha" that "saw what happend", save the bullshit.
In all seriousness though, for all the people who ***** about the government and how we handle situations in America, why do you stay here? There are hundreds of countries in the world and a one way ticket cant cost that much. If I was really that upset as to what was happening around me I would sure as hell leave. I mean hell, Canada, Europe, Africa, take your pick. You cant honestly tell me that there isnt one country that has a government that would fit your needs and meet your approval. Im sure if you moved to most 3rd world countries there isnt much government or policing at all and you could do what you wanted without the hassle of having to deal with rules.
I just can not believe we live in a world where people laugh at a person who gets killed simply doing their job. What if it was a firefighter? What if it was a plane full of little kids? Did you laugh at Columbine, 9/11, or Virgina Tech? I bet you didnt know anyone who died in those events. So did you smile then? Is it funny when you think maybe they left behind a brother, wife, parents, son or daughter? What if that was your father that was killed? What if it was a friend of yours father? Im not going to expect to change anyones thoughts on this, but maybe just sit back and think for a second at what you are saying before you do. If its really that bad here, then maybe its time for a change in location:
