Brand of RCA's and Speaker wire to buy?

I'm looking at rewiring all my speakers and also doing new RCA cables. I'm running my comps at 75 watts each so I figure some quality 16 gauge should do. What brand and type of wire would you guys recommend? And then I need to know what brand and model are a decent set of RCA's. They don't need to be super high end, but definately something that will hold it's own in the SQ area. Thanks.

I honestly don't think it really matters which you buy as long as they are shielded decently and not the cheapest set of RCA's from 1990.

thats what i got ha ha ha

i bought some for the install and accidentally crushed the connectors on it at last minute....

had nothing else to use, found these in my dads basement lol, and ive been to lazy to change them out

That is kind of suprising to me. I figured if a set of RCA's costed over $100 they must have a substantial benefit over ones like I have. But since you guys don't think so I'll leave those alone. It'll save me some money anyway. Looks like speaker wire should be knukonceptz since it has overwhelming support. Running 75W each I should be fine with 16gauge right? I Don't want to give up SQ here either so if bigger would be better let me know. Thanks.
