These are brand new factory refurbished. You honestly would never know they've been refurbished unless I told you. Theirs not a scratch on the unit, still has the lens tape on the LCD. The only catch is I don't have the original silver battery door but a new black one. Comes with new stylus, new battery, new black battery door, home charger and cradle.
