Brand new NVX amp hissing noise incrasing with volume

Hello, just the other day I got my hands on a NVX jad800.4 amplifier. Yesterday i got around to hooking it all up as well as new wiring kit from kicker and is 4 guage. I had also bought a 4 channel NVX rca cable set.

I then proceeded to wire everything the same as I had to my old amp but with new wires(old ones were from a cheapo boss kit off amazon). Got everything all hooked up and everything is working just fine and isn't going into protect at all but as I increase it volume I have this super annoying hissing noise that also increases. I'm not sure what could be causing this as now I'm using alot higher quality amp and wires but have this issue.

(Side note) I have verified all connections are tight including rca cables

If anyone has any suggestions for me please let me know. Any help is appreciated!

Swap the old rca’s that you know didn’t make any noise and connect the nvx using them to confirm that it is not a bad rca set. Also is your ground point the same as it was on the oold

Yes I did use the same ground point as last amp, and I'm unable to swap RCA cables because that's the only 4 channel one I have

After replying earlier today I plugged in the regular old boss cables, got the same exact thing. I even went as far as to change ground points this time bare metal super tight secure connection. Rechecked all connections verified everything was fully secured. And still no later what I get the hissing. I'm not sure if it matters but on Nvx's website it says the signal to noise ratio is 106db

Alright at this point would you say most likely that is the issue? The amp was bad from the factory?
