not sure i understand. you say the amp was tested @ 12.8 volt's to do 2400 watts and will do over 4000 watts @ 14.4 BUT DD website say's it's tested @ 14.4 volt's to do 2400 watts.yeah dd might be under rated but i highly doubt this thing will put out more then the z1. help me understand the logic here

They will do that power at .5 ohms with less than 10% distortion. Steve at DD can even verify the amps capability to do 4500 watts with 10% distortion at 1 ohms.
