Brand new crossfire vr bad??? Help please!!!

Ok so I have a brand new crossfire vr 302 that as soon as you give it power even without the radio on, it makes the speakers make loud squeal then goes into protect, I have no clue how it could be messed up it came straight out of the box tonight please help and I can make a vid if needed. Vidz are on the way below.

I can't break the seal its under warranty, I mean the first time I gave it power it did this and make my new cdt's squeal then goes from protect to regular making the noise each time even disconnectining the speaker it goes from protect to green I will make a video

ok think I have it figured out I think its the req processor everytime I hook up the rcas the amp goes into protect even with no volume on at all. what could this mean.

do u have the rca in the right pre amp outputs ?

yes of course found the problem its the req bass processor its like a jl cleansweep I think it went bad because of some grounding issues
