Doesn't mean it won't handle more, but you don't always need it.

When did they change the xmax specs? Last I heard, the new ones were less than the old ones by a few mm's, and the old ones did not have the linear displacement of a W7.

The new Brahma's always had a rated Xmax rating of 28.5mm, which is only .5mm behind the old.

I *think* before specs were released Dan had mentioned that the new Brahma would have less excursion, so everyone start using numbers in the 25-27mm range as their "guesstimations".

That's only if memory serves me correctly.....which it normally doesn't.
