It has a pretty high THD.. it is a good SQ amp? Are there any cheap but good SQ amps?

Everyone raves about the JBL amps but when I checked the specs I became a little skeptical. Not only is their THD high but their Sensitivity(dB) is only 90dB which is really low.

Actually that 90 db number is the signal to noise ratio. In other words, how much noise the amplifier produces during amplification. This noise is audible as a hiss. 90 db isn't great for a class AB amp, but it's fine for a class D amp. I've heard these, and the I assure you that you won't hear any amplifier noise from JBL mono amp.
