Bought a brand new Kinetik HC1400 from million buy and its dead?

So I bought a brand new Kinetik HC1400 from million buy and it came today, so I hooked up my DMM to it and it reads 00.0 is this right? Should I even bother trying to put it in my car?

yea i was thinking the same thing,because its really unlikely it reads 0.00,is your dmm set on dc volts,and make sure your test probes are working right.

Then I would say it is not new.

Should have alittle charge in the battery so something is wrong.

try changing the batteries in your DMM or trying another DMM...

On a side note, is million buy a good place to buy kinetik batteries? I tried e-mailing rich with Kinetik, but he never responded to me. I'm not going to buy locally because the shop is charging msrp and won't budge.

Million buy is great for us So Cal people cuse shipping is so much cheaper, but if they are shipping accross states it might cost a little. I got my HC1800 shipped for about $220
