Ok so i got this amp from my brother the thing pounds but in 4 months i have blown 2 12inch mtx 4500s. 1 kicker 12 inch cvr. 1 power accoustic fubar series. Right now i have a 12 inch ported box thats got nice Cu Ft and i want to put something in there thats just not going to blow. What would be your suggestions and yes i do think im tuning it wrong but do you think theres any cheap sub out there that if i put it in. Thats not just going to rip to shreds?

The amp is only 750x1@ 2 ohms so hes not over powering those subs!He is clipping them to death that is why he is blowing the fuses and seizing the coils(overheating).Get a pair of dual 2 ohm subs and wire them series/paraell to a 2 ohm load and set the gains at about 1/2 way.Even better set them with a DMM.
