Ok... After mfing the installer I feel like a REAL jackass right now. Took it back and the installer and he stood behind his install and went through everything twice and the car was still having the same issues. He put in the stock stereo and was STILL having the same issues... I then hopped into the driver seat to brainstorm and started to realize it was happening while I was getting in and out of the driver seat! The installer wiggled the harness and a gaggle of static came through the speakers! Unhooked the seat harness and presto! Everything came back on and started working... Just an FYI out there to any peeps with the same issues...noe to figure out what is wrong with the seat...thanks to all for the replies
