blown???

i have some wierd off brand subs (zeus) that sound pretty nice actually... and they both worked fine in my car when i had them in... and once i took them out i tried to hook them up in my room haha. but one works fine, and the other has a pretty big problem. i did not take them out of the box, but when the one with the problem started making noice i took it out to check things out and did not see anything. it sounds normal EXCEPT for whenever it hits, it sounds like there is a chord or something touching it, so there is a little rattle. which gets much louder as the volume goes up. at low volume you can not even hear it.

what in the heck is wrong with it, it keeps making that wierd rattle???

maybe a small piece inside broke and is rattling around.

so i could just go to most stores that service subs and get it fixed easily?

i wasnt thinking it was such a big deal, but it sounds terrible...

Air leak, or tinsel slap perhaps.

is there anything I could do, or do i have to take it into a shop?
