amp will be shipped to the repair center of your choice, or straight to you. i bought it blown (from sholiz, he says he believes it to be the power supply, as it powers on but will shortly blow a fuse) intending to have it repaired by zed audio. just got an email from them saying they dont have, and can't get a tool they need to remove some spring clips, and rather than shipping it around again, i'd rather just sell it off and buy a complete amp.

i'm told that db-r and memphis themselves can fix it, possibly others.
