Blown Avionixx 400.2

Yeah, i just got a blown Avionixx 400.2 from a friend. He said that he hadn't had it maxed out, nor did he think it was clipping. He said he just thought their was a bad connection, or he had it hooked up when it shouldnt be. I've taken a look inside, and looks wise, obviously at least 3 out of 8 resistors are fried. The board around them looks a little miscolored (burnt). I have the replacement resistors i could solder on, unless one of you may think it could be more then that. Nothing else looks abnormal, though i don't know much about how an amp works. I obviously need to fix the transistors, but i was just wondering if their could be something else even though it doesnt look like it. And if you think i shouldnt bother with soldering them on in case i could do something severly wrong? Anyhow, i emailed jeremy at ED, because it's pretty similiar to the nine.2 i've heard. let the amp go. that will cost a shit load to fix.

Hmmm....Most have said it's definantly worth it and won't cost much. But opinions do vary, lol.

if you know how to solder and can find replacement MOSFETs, you should be good to go...a schematic of the amp could go a long way, too. Best to contact Avionixx about it.

i have had like 5 amps fixed's if the board is burnt it is usally a waste.
