Blown 6x9 fix?

2 weeks ago one of my rear 6x9 starting to sound horrible and while playing i pushed down on the cone and it started to sound normal again. I installed foam baffles to protect it from the sub in the trunk and last night it started having that buzz and rattle sound again. Pushing the face doesn't fix it.

Any ideas on what to look for to see what the problem is? Highs sound fine but the mids sound awful.

If you really want to keep rear fill. you will prob have to make small wood enclosure for each 6x9 to stop the sub from damaging them. I have had to do that in the past, when I was dead set on keeping rear fill in a vehicle with truck mounted sub that wasn't sealed off
