Bloods and Cripts dont have to be only blacks, whites or mexicans. Usually it is a mixture of people from whatever street they claim. Like South Side Posse Bloods in South Phoenix AZ, I think they claim 32st - 35th Ave, Van Buren - Dobbins. Meixcans do have racial based gangs like Brown Pride ect, but I havent seen any in a very long time.
