Blinking red light on a rockford fosgate amp

I power my 4 channel amp on with no speakers hook up and I get a blinking red light. Is this a sign of a internal short in my amp?

its either in protect mode or it has a protection circuitry to let you know no speakers are hooked up.

Try it with a load on it, if it still does it, its either fried or might be wiring problems.

Alright so all my speakers are hook up but i get like no volume in my door speakers. I get volume from my tweets, but its clipping a little and I can't really set my gains higher.

Whats going on???? is it because of my settings I have on my pioneer 80psr? I'm set up for active. I got my hybrid audio speakers on my front and my tweeters on my rear. My 4 channel amp is Rockford Fosgate R600-4d
