Black Berry Curve 8310. I'm pretty sure it's unlocked, however I know for certain it can work on both AT&T and T-Mobile. Under the advanced settings, it says the network is disabled. I've read that means that it is unlocked.

This item was used by my Mom, as such: It got NO use short of being put in her purse and checked when me or my brother texted her.
Comes with the original box, charger, and leather case that says a nice Chic 'BlackBerry' on it.
We also just bought a brand new battery. It was off for quite a while and the battery cell died.

EDIT:: I just saw that the pictures look like the phone is scratched. That's my dirty shirt's fault. I don't have any microfiber clothes laying around... I assure you that it's non-scratched!
