Black Friday

Honestly that's probably the most accurate answer.

I know the Best Buy/Circuit City type stores in my area have campers out there the night before.

I plan on hitting up Staples tommorrow morning to try to get the cheap Compaq laptop.....but the store's in a city of ~20k people and most of the serious shoppers are going to be down in a neighboring city.....so I'm hoping they'll be relatively slow (for Black Friday) tommorrow morning.

well my mom wouldnt let me leave now bc she thinks no one would be there. Im leaving at 1. The target i'm going to is in a small city that is 25 miles from greensboro and 35 miles from durham, both of which have targets. Should i go to this one or a greensboro/durham target?

I don't think you should go to any. More than likely they only have like 10-20 of the TV's if thats their biggest sale item. I'm sure there are 10-20 people who ate thanksgiving dinner, poured some coffee, and got in line. You'll be lucky to be in the top 50.

I work at RadioShack in a town of about 30k, and we only have about 5-10ppl in line in the morning. We open at 6am, and they dont get there til around 5:45 or so. We dont have any neighboring cities within a 120mile radius that has any nice electronics stores. So you may be playing it safe. Good Luck bro!

i know sears had some good shit for sale. table saws for $60 off (could get a 10" table saw for like $85).

i hope they get a plunge router or two on sale. i never really give a shit about black friday though, as i usually dont have the cash to just be throwing it around. but if i could find a cheap router that wasnt sold out, id be stoked.

Radio shack doesnt really give the deals on TVs like Circuit City/Best Buy/Targets
