get out there and wait with the freaks. i waited for like 2 hours. the "poeple" thought they where cool and how they dont have to work so they can get all the "good stuff'

Ya boxing day is the big one here. Pretty dumb. There is usually one or two items in the store for a cheap price that run out really quick, then everything else is regular price. One guy I know went into a shop to see how much he could have saved on a tv he bought a month earlier. The tv was the same price, but the original price had been raised 500, so it looked like a really good deal.

I work at staples. Im sure its gonna be dumb as hell because we only have two other guys including me who work on the tech floor. Our store is pretty big. Our computer selection rivals bestbuy or may be bigger. Havnt been to bestbuy in awhile so I dunno.

Its okay, your manager will just hide all the merchandise unless the customer buys some software or accessories anyway.

I decided to go shopping last year on BF. WalMart was absolutely insane. The line for the cash registers literally circled the entire building. And its a super walmart, so the building is fucking huge. I bet the people at the end of that line are still there to this day, waiting. I walked out. Went to BestBuy to get an xbox next, there was an enormous line just of people waiting to get a cart. I decided to just hold the xbox (plus some games) while I waited in line to pay. By the time I left, my arms felt like they were gonna fall off, and xboxes aren't even very heavy.

I'll pass this year. I find its easier just to alienate yourself from all your friends and family just before the holidays, and then make up with them after its all over. Saves a lot of time and money not buying all those gifts. Also works for anniversaries btw.

Last year me & some buddies decided to get together over break & play some b-ball @ our old high school, & it was a nightmare. People go insane over saving a **** $1. Our high school is downtown, near all the shopping in Hickory, & it took me over 2hrs to make a 15min drive.

There are alot of deals on newegg. They have been having black friday specials for a few weeks now. Just got an email for todays deals.
