anyone thinking about getting one of these? Blackberry is known for having one of the most solid os' out and it looks pretty cool. I'm not sure if I want to setup a BES server again to get it going with exchange though. I'm also not sure how I feel about these digital keyboards, I guess I will find out when I go to the preview later this month.

Wont replace my iphone
Reason? I'd prefer something with a more solid os than apple.. I seen a new 'hack' for the iphone today.. discovered by a 12yr old //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

Why would you need a BB enterprise server? I am using a basic sendmail server with no issues, I am pretty sure you can also setup gmail, yahoo etc with it without issues.

Myself I will wait, not sure if the on screen keyboard will be better for my fat fingers or not. Even so I would probably wait a while until the price drops and I renew my contract (Next Nov)

Need the BES server for full sync with my exchange server at the office. I suppose I could do the OWA stuff inside of the blackberry site, but I don't think that offers the same features as BES.

I just talked to a rep on the sprint site. They are telling me I need to upgrade to the "everything" plan in order to use that device. I already fucking have everything. Glad this phone comes out around the time my contract ends, I'm going to need to start looking into a new provider.

What I saw that I liked is if you tilt the device horizontally, it gives you a full keyboard, and vertically is like the keyboard on the pearl. I still want an iPhone, but i like that.

Ahh ok, yeah OWA ftl I have to use it from time to time on mine.
Yeah, we had the owner here testing out a BB and didn't want to deploy the server yet, so we set him up that way. The only thing it really syncs is email and calendar - no contacts, etc.

i wish i would have kept my blackberry instead of switching to the Q, worst phone ever //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif
