Probably accounts for 99% of all the subs people run here.On a side note, bass boost is fine to use as long as you don't clip the signal and you like how it sounds. A lot of amps come with bass control knob and in some cases it is a bass boost with 45Hz as the center frequency and in other cases, it acts like a gain control. Some knobs come with clipping indicators, which is very helpful.</blockquote>
