Best amp to power utopia (focal) comps (7" mid)?

Looking into Zapco, Hex, Butler, Arc or any other high end amp.

Are zapco amps better than PHoenix gold Xenon series? Anyone have experience with ARc or Butler? What is the optimal power to provide these speakers with?
