Best Amp for my system?

Okay I have pretty bad system in my car, I have Pioneers in the front doors Kenwood Sterero, no rear door speakers, and a box with 2 KFC W3003 12"'s and 2 tweets on it. I have a crappy amp on it though, its only pushing 124 watts because I had it in my other car and it works with the subs. I can't push past a certain volume on subs otherwise the amp fuse blows. So my problem is what is the best place on the net or store that I can get a amp for maybe 87-137 bucks. I was hoping for a kenwood or pioneer amp. I found a few on amazon, and ebay. I am new at this sound system business, please suggest good prices and such.

if thats a bad amp please tell me I dunno it has 640 amps and it was in my price range. ill just tell the guy I can't afford it or something if its bad.

I was wondering, could anyone explain to me what all this amp lingo means

i.e.: Whats the difference in ohms, whats better? Lower or higher? I was wondering what wattage meant at like for example 200watts x 2 ohms or something. I am just confused, what makes a amplifer really go.
