Best amp for my cerwin vega stroker 12" Subwoofer?

The sub is 2400w peak 1200 RMS in a box built to spec ported. Right now i'm using a boss 2000w amp maxxed gain as a temporary amp. But i really wanna upgrade that to use the sub to its full potential. Don't get me wrong my sub is pretty loud, but i want it to be even louder, since it feels like its not getting full wattage. Whats the best amp at around $200? (if thats possible)

Also what would i need to upgrade in my electrical? I drive a 2008 Honda Civic 4dr EX-L

first off, turn the amp down before you destroy the sub.

also is it Dual voice coil or single voice coil? is it 1ohm, 2ohm, or 4ohm?

Honestley i don't know the ohms. but i'm pretty sure its DVC.
