best amp for Image Dynamics XS-65's

i got basically a whole new set of these because of water damage to mine, the image dynamics rep was really helpful and i understood i couldnt get them for free as water is never warranty covered so anyway i want an amp that make these guys really shine. i've looked, looked, and researched a little more. i just dont know what amp i want to go with, i need 300 true watts on each side to these so an amp thats capable of 600 watts would be ideal, and for right now the sundown 100.4 is the only amp i can find that will push this amount of power out, if i bridge it down to 2 channels. any input would be great. Im not going to be slack this time around with my install and do everything up to par, i have sound deadener on the way which a friend of mine on this forum is going to help install, along with him hopefully helping me make some jam up baffles, these are going back in my IS300, and baffles have to me at least an inch thick for the speakers to clear the window...soo yea thats kinda off topic but figured i would throw it out there.

rememebr you don't have to have alot of power going to the comp set. a clean 200 would be plenty too. how much are you willing to spend and how big footprint size can it be?
