Bazooka tube spl

I was just researching subs and I came across a 12 inch bazooka tube subwoofer and it has an rms rating of 250 watts. That's not a lot but it said the sensitivity was 106db. This is significantly higher than any other I've seen and I was wondering if it would be a lot louder because of it.
