Bazooka or Other Tubes

I was wonderin, are Bazooka or other amplified tubes good quality? I mean if they are loud and give some boom. I've heard from some people that they are awsome for the price, but I was wonderin if you guys think they're any good. If bazooka isn't a good brand of tubes, then listing other tubes would be nice. remember, I only have a budget of $275.

for the amp and sub, but if it is an amplified tube, then just the sub.

I think bazooka is about the only one who makes em. I think you should save up about 400-500$. And look into getting a JBL 600.1and a single Kicker Comp VR (dual 2 ohm) 79 @ cbrstereo.com The jbl 600.1 is 205 shipped form ikesound.com Then the rest for a box and wiring accesories. That would cost about 400$ for a box and wiring. speakerhole.com has good boxes for the money. Look at there 3/4 inch mdf boxes particle board is garbage.

Ok, I posted this to get a review for a bass tube. I like the ideas of the other repliers, but I would like a review of a Bazooka tube subwoofer. If any one has info on that please reply.

that's alright, it wont be my subs, I already have a system that's pretty good. A friend gave me a challenge and i want to get the best bass for about $275 and he will pay me for finding one.

thats great...... how bout a jbl 80.2 bridged is 160 x1 and kicker comp not vr That amp is 78 at bsless.com. A kicker comp 12 is 69 @ ikesound.com. So thats about 160 with shipping id say. Then 100 or so for box and accesories. I think thatd sound a hell of a lot better then a bass tube. Check out Speakerhole.com for boxes.
