Update**

After emailing them tons of times they finally replied today and claimed they shipped the battery out Tuesday 21st!

Fu*k me! I ordered it on the 7th!

I told them 100 times to credit my PayPal and cancel the order.

But now it still doesn't show up as them ever shipping it!

Just got off the phone w/DHL. No record of ever receiving it.

I hope PayPal gives me my $155 back..... soon!

Friday 2/24 still NO refund. No battery ever given to DHL to ship!

Filed complaint with the Better Business Bureau in NE.

Found out about the business owner, Mr DudLee Brennfoerder had several complaints against his business Batteries Are Us, Batteriesareus.com and thevbatterycom.

FYI, those yellow tops have been hard to get for some time now, maybe that has changed. How hard can it be to ship a battery unless you are relying on drop shipping.

I would suggest waiting until the last day you can leave feedback and pounding him and hope he doesn't retaliate.

Or he could have just told me when I ordered back on Feb 7th they were on backorder and not that they had 20+ in stock like the ebay ad said!

yep....

should have used a credit card.

paypal is not trustworthy

ebay is not trustworthy

if the seller isnt trustworthy either... you just gave up your money.

chalk it up to a loss and a lesson, never trust paypal/ebay always use a credit card.

they can pull all the money off it if they want, but you can always yank it back. and if a big company like visa/mc/amex/etc is on your side, you arent gonna get jerked around!

Not only have I filed complaints with PayPay and the Nebraska BBB in his area I just filed a consumer complaint with the Nebrasksa Attorney General's office!

**Update**

I can't believe it! This morning in my email batteries are us refunded my money back to my PayPal account!

It was only $149.12 out of the $153.88 I paid because of the PP fees...

Something is better than nothing! Paid on Feb 7th, refunded me on Feb. 28th!

I instantly did a transfer to my bank account in case they change their mind and try to **** the $$$$ back out!

Paypal has a refund process that refunds paypal fees if you do it within 60 days (Almost sure of it). He just ripped off 3% of your money scott free. Get the rest or you won't drop the complaint.
