Sold batcap 8400???????????

Maybe someone here can help me I bought a batcap 8400 of a dude on ebay turns out the batcap I recieved was all F'ed up literally fallin apart. So I put a claim on paypal against that dude. Now I need some one to apraise it for what its worth.Paypal says it hAS TO BE A THIRD non biased. That way I can get my money back. Help anyone
