Just Recently Got A Batcap 800 From A Buddy Of Mine And I Found Out It Was Dead Its Only Has About 5volts Left In It Could It Be Powered Back Up Or Is It A Lost Cause And Should I Get My Money Back

it's dead, you can try to recharge it but i'm sure it won't hold voltage for dicks

you'll need to try and charge it up off an old basic metal style charger...the smart chargers won't work that low...another option is try using jumper cables hooked up to it from a running vehicle that may build the charge back up...if neither of those do its bad...but at 5v's ...it still may work...It should rest around 12.3 I think...

Below 10v the battery is pretty well toast. I'd be surprised if one or more cells aren't dead.
