Bass on a budget

I have a 2002 toyota tacoma double cab. I'm looking for a little kick for better sound. I need to put the subwoofer behind my rear seats. There's not much room, and I want a decent sound. Any ideas how I should go about doing this without going broke?

Whats your budget? You might want to check your local pawn shops. They have really good deals on car audio. They could have just what you need.
