Bass obsession

How many of you guys are literally obsessed with bass. Like soon as you upgrade your equipment, you still feel like u are lacking something even though its loud as crap. Ex. I had my DP 15s inside my honda. It was loud as heck. I felt like i was missing something. And i hear about how loud explorers can get, so i got an explorer and switched to an IA 20.1 amp. Recently installed it. Its still loud but i feel like i want it louder. Now im thinking 4 DP 15s off two IA 20.1s.

I guess my obsession is so bad that i have been having dreams these last couple of days about my system just not cutting it. Last night dream was really bad. I was demoing it for one of my cousins and it SUCKED. Im much more louder in real life than what my dream claimed to be..but its starting to get on my nerves.

I was even thinking of changing subs and getting 4 magnum 12s because i loved the sound of those.

totally with ya on this one. my first system was a single 15. then i upgraded to 2 10s. then that wasnt enough. i upgraded to 3 15s on 4,800 watts.

then that wasnt enough! i upgraded again to 6 15" treos on the same power. now im selling all that and walling off 4 18s on 20,000 watts //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eek.gif.771b7a90cf45cabdc554ff1121c21c4a.gif

if you go through the trouble of changing cars to get louder get a TL.

i love bass so much i go to sleep listenin to rap with my big bass headphones at night, i can'[t go 1 day without hearin bass or i get withdrawl symtoms.

I am currently wanting more bass than my 15" L7 can provide.. More specifically I want louder lows... Already planning out how I am gonna spend my money on upgrades next summer!

good to see another member on the board using DP's. I'm in love with mine. and if I could find another I would be in heaven

im obsessed, started with 2 10's on 300 watts, then 2 12's on 600 watts, then 1 15 on 1000 watts now 1 18" on 1200 watts...i have bass in my dorm room, my car, my headphones, and when i sing songs i dont even sing them anymore i hum bass lines

4 15's are coming to the burban and I've already told Jman what I'm thinking about getting to replace them.
