I wouldn't design a ported box around a particular song. Design the enclosure for a specific sub and tune the box for the output level you are looking for.

Tune your box for the driver not your favorite sounding song. I would guess that the last beat on the hook of nuck if you buck is about 34-35hz and the ones leading up to that last low hit are higher 50-55hz.
