For 13 bucks are these crap. could I use them to seperate a 4 inch from a 6.5 in a 3 way? What would they do to the midbass if i cramed it with polyfill and put a midbass in it?

They will kill midbass and muddy up your midrange if you don't cut out the back. If you crammed polyfil in there with a mid, it would surely sound like even worse shit than they already do.

I have a pair in my doors but I have cut out the back, side, and bottom to basically protect from water falling directly onto the speakers.

what about to seperate a 4" driver? I could just put dynamat over the back but im anal about it and dont want residue on the magnet.

What do you mean by "separate"? Do you mean in the same enclosure as the other speakers sharing the same airspace? If so, then no, they won't really fill that purpose. I would still not want to put them on a 4" or anything playing below 1khz as it will make it sound like shit.

6.5 and 4 in door, and the 6.5 can effect the 4" would this be able to stop that?
