Sub box: Drill 2 holes into the bottom of the box, then drill 2 matching holes through the floor of the trunk/floor (is this a car, truck, suv or van?). Use the holes to bolt the box down.

Amp rack: Do the same^^

or you could use some velcrow on both pieces instead of bolting through the floor

I get the impression that you are being sarcastic.

Sorry, but that is the only real way to do it...unless of course the box is big enough that it simply can't move because there is nowhere for it to move. There are other short-cut half *** methods, but they wont last. Bolting everything down is more work, but it's worth it.
