Honestly from the description he was at fault as you were already established on the road when he came out of the bank. I deal with this all day as it is my job,  so i suggest if the insurance company denies liability fight it. im sure your carrier would find them liable for the  accident based on that illustration/description</p></blockquote><p></p>
