biscuits and sausage gravy with side of bacon and crispy american fries = some of god's best work

But to address the original issue. Bacon wins if it is thick cut and properly cooked. What wood it is smoked with can also be a deciding factor. And sausage patty vs. sausage link is a very important distinction as well. We really need more information to make a decision.

But thick cut applewood smoked bacon cooked until the edges are crispy and the flesh still has some chewiness decimates any other meat product I know.

This is probably the first poll I have not been able to make a decision about. Then again it has a lot to do where both come from and the quality.

If they were both really good and I had to make a choice I would probably choose option C kill myself.

In a sandwich bacon pwns....

For breakfast 1 would go with heavily spiced pork sausage w/dash of Cholula's over bacon. But bacon wins any other way!

Also spicy italian sausage with onions/pepper/jalapenos/bun FTW!

Portuguese sausage is the most popular thing here. I even like it 4 a bbq.

I like both. One of my favorite breakfeast sandwich still goes to McDonalds. Sausage, bacon, egg and cheese McMuffin FTW!
