I have opened a dispute and will give him 2 more days to refund the money in full, or will escalate to a claim.

To keep everyone in the loop, I've messaged him time and time again and his responses are very vague :

the tracking number doesnt work.and it should have been there.

Have you gone to your local post office?

I know when people thought it would be cool to ship heavy items through USPS my post office wouldn't deliver it to my house. No notice or nothing. I walked in one day and asked them about a package and gave them the tracking number and they said, "oh, it's back here".

I will never ship through USPS. There entire setup is irrelavant.
